Karen Ehrisman is a city girl at heart. As a lifelong Chicagoan, she brings a love of all things Chicago and Macy’s to her role as Tourism Marketing Manager for Chicago, Minneapolis, Philadelphia and Washington DC. As a graduate of Columbia College, Chicago, with a versatile career in marketing for retail and fashion, Karen is passionate about building partnerships and promoting Macy’s as the ultimate shopping destination. Away from Macy’s, you can find Karen exploring the many hidden gems of the city and suburbs,  cheering on Chicago’s sports teams, traveling, spending time with family and friends and, of course, shopping at Macy’s!
