Family Fun at Herald Square
Enjoy a day of family friendly events including balloon twisting, face painters, special costumer characters and more at Macy's Herald Square, Sunday, November 22. Events begin at Noon and run until 3:00 PM. All events are approved for kids and kids-at-heart.
Events happening on the 7th floor - Kid's Department
12:00 PM - Experience the wonder of the Big Apple Circus, now in its 38th year, with special appearances from the show’s fantastical performers!
12:00 PM - Join us as we celebrate the 89th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade®. Don’t forget to bring your camera for a photo with our very own Holiday Ambassador, Snoopy! Plus, meet and take photos with some of your favorite larger-than-life costume characters directly from the parade, including Hello Kitty, the Power Rangers, Ice Age’s Scrat and many more!
12:30 PM - Meet Snoopy and enjoy a special Peanuts Reading Circle featuring the book, A Charlie Brown Christmas.
1:30 PM - Learn how to draw the Peanuts characters from a Peanuts artist and get creative at our arts and crafts table where you can color in your very own A Charlie Brown Christmas coloring book.
2 p.m. - Join Buddy from Elf the Musical playing at The Theater at Madison Square Garden this December! Meet Buddy and enjoy a special holiday story time by the character himself. Plus, with any $100 or more purchase in the Kids Department receive a complimentary pair of tickets to see Elf the Musical playing at Madison Square Garden.
