Macy's Herald Square Mixes Food & Fashion at Breakfast Fashion Show
A breakfast fashion show calls for early morning bites and shopping!
250 women, all visiting from South Africa, recently gathered at the newly renovated “One Below” level of Macy’s Herald Square for a variety of breakfast dishes followed by a fashion show featuring the latest trends from Bar III, Rachel Roy and Free People.
After a short presentation about Macy’s history, models took to the floor toting looks from Burberry, Calvin Klein, DKNY and Ralph Lauren.
The show took an interactive turn with guests donning designer jackets and accessories – even walking the runway!
In true Macy’s style, the show ended with a major red carpet finale featuring an appearance by all four models and Resident Stylist Carlton Spence of Style Evolution.
Breakfast fashion shows are part of the new Macy's guest experiences for groups of more than 40 people. They are held at several locations within Macy’s Herald Square including Stella 34, Chef Street, the Herald Square Café and the De Gustibus Cooking School.
