Centrally located and newly renovated, the Downtown Los Angeles Macy’s has served as a flagship store for visitors from all over the world. In mid August, the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board and Macy’s celebrated that success by opening the Los Angeles Official Visitor Information Center on the second level of the DTLA Macy's store. Catered by LA-favorites Border Grill and Sprinkles Cupcakes, the grand opening event attracted tourism professionals from all over the city and promoted the unique visitor offers and services found at Macy's.

Visitors who travel to the Center in the heart of bustling downtown will meet knowledgeable associates committed to providing a best-in-class L.A. experience. The Center offers hundreds of official L.A. tourism brochures, sells tickets to the most sought-after attractions and tour, and provides access to exclusive Macy’s offers available only to visitors. Most notable is the 10% Macy’s Visitor Savings Pass, which has minimum exclusions and is available in ten different languages.

Other offers include Group Programs such as tours of the store, VIP shopping experiences, cosmetic master classes and in-store  personal shopping services through MyStylist. The crown jewel of Center offerings: a customizable Shopping Package featuring a unique Macy’s Los Angeles tote bag, a $20 gift card, a 10% savings pass and $150 worth of discount coupons usable throughout the city.

The DTLA Macy’s is located at The Bloc within walking distance of the 7th Street Metro Station and a variety of places to eat and explore. On your next trip to Los Angeles, be sure to stop by the Center, drop your luggage off in their valet luggage storage service and grab your very own Shopping Package so you can experience L.A. with the Macy’s Magic in your pocket.
