Chicago Holiday Traditions Tour

During the Holiday Traditions Tour at Macy’s State Street in Chicago, guests learn about Macy’s holiday celebrations and take in the spectacular Christmas decor.

Guided Group Tour (60 minutes)

Each year, throughout the store, a new Christmas theme comes to life, awakening the spirit of the holiday season. This tour includes the history of Macy’s holiday traditions like the famous Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, animated store window displays, a taste of Frango^® Mint Chocolates and, of course, the two-story Great Tree in the world-famous Walnut Room, dressed with 15,000 dazzling lights and 1,200 themed ornaments. All participants will receive a Macy’s 10% Visitor Savings Pass. Minimum group of 10 participants required. One person complimentary for every group of 10 paid. Available from November to December. Please inquire for availability. At least two-week advance reservation required.
