Two Learning and Dining Experiences
Chef Appell offers two demonstrations, which combine instruction with hands-on participation and dining:
Classic Italian Pasta Experience
This experience begins with a welcome reception including a prosecco and mozzarella bar. The reception is followed by a one-hour pasta-making techniques class that provides guests the opportunity to participate.
Following the class, the group will sit down for a three-course meal at Stella 34 Trattoria that features pastas created by class participants.

First course: Assorted antipasti, served family style
Main course: Choice of three pasta entrees
Dessert course: Miniature zeppoli & tiramisu, served family style
Participant Takeaways
Each participant will go home with a gift bag containing recipe cards, a Stella 34 apron and a pasta cutter.

Each of the classes are offered as either a lunch or a dinner experience. The timelines are as follows:
Lunch:
10:15-10:30 AM Welcome reception with prosecco & mozzarella bar
10:30-11:30 AM Class with Executive Chef
11:30-1:00 PM Three-course lunch
Dinner:
4:15-4:30 PM Welcome reception with prosecco & mozzarella bar
4:30-5:30 PM Class with Executive Chef
5:30-7:00 PM Three-course dinner
Pricing and Other Details
Cost: $120, plus tax and gratuity (includes welcome reception, class, three-course meal and gift bag)

Group size: Each class is offered exclusively to groups; groups of 12 to 20 guests can be accommodated.
