With sixth-floor views of the Empire State building, Stella 34 Trattoria is a modern Italian eatery and the dining star of Macy's flagship store in New York City.

The menu showcases al forno entrées, authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, house-made pasta, fresh salads, "piccoli piatti" – signature Italian antipasti designed for sharing – and an all-Italian wine list of more than 100 selections. Stella 34 Trattoria is also the New York home to Italy's finest gelateria, Vivoli, famed for creating pure gelati and sorbetti with fresh, high quality ingredients and family crafted recipes. This holiday season, give your family a magical morning in the store that brought you the Miracle on 34th Street.

It starts with an Italian breakfast feast with exclusive Empire State Building views, complete with take-home treats for children and Prosecco bellinis for adults. Then, you’ll meet and take a keepsake photo with Santa Claus and his elves - an experience that truly brings Christmas to life for any child!

Select sessions are available through December 24th. Make your children’s Christmas dreams come true with a holiday experience they will remember forever.

Session Dates

One session will be offered at 9:30 am on Friday, November 23. Sessions are available at 8:15 am and 10:00 am on the following dates:

  •         November 24 & 25
  •         December 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23 & 24  


Pricing begins at $35 for children and $50 for adults (plus tax and gratuity) and varies based on the date, time, and seating category selected.

Chef Profile: Jarett Appell

Jarett Appell refined his mastery of Italian cuisine traveling between kitchens in Italy and New York City throughout his career. Ten years of education and experience drove the dishes Appell developed for Stella 34 Trattoria into a menu of authentic Neapolitan cuisine and pizza.
