Chicago Macy’s Retail 101 Tour

On the Macy’s Retail 101 Tour in the State Street store in Chicago, learn about Macy's history, marketing concepts, merchandising and visual techniques.

Guided Group Tour (60 minutes)

Learn about the two retailing pioneers that helped shape our Chicago flagship store and the strategies that make it what it is today. Minimum group of 10 participants required. All participants will receive a Macy’s 10% Visitor Savings Pass. Groups can also choose to add a $15 voucher to spend at Seven on State in addition to their one-hour Store Tour. Minimum of 10 participants required. One person complimentary for every group of 10 paid. At least two-week advance reservation required.
