Chef Street

Chef Street brings the popular food truck trend indoors, with four chef-driven, fast-casual dining concepts within Airstream-style trailers: Taquitoria, Crumb on Parchment, Tabo Noodles, and Rollie’s.  The striking space, where cooks in each trailer prepare the food fresh to order, evokes a modern vintage style.  Each Airstream features a menu by a different chef: Taquitoria features San Diego-style rolled taco taquitos by Marc Forgione, Crumb on Parchment offers market-fresh salads and grain bowls by Michelle Bernstein, Tabo Noodles is Chef Takashi Yagihashi’s ramen concept, and Rollie’s (R.H. Macy’s nickname) offers burgers, breakfast sandwiches, and brats, all “on a roll.”  Mark Forgione, Takashi Yagihashi and Michelle Bernstein, part of Macy’s esteemed Culinary Council, collaborated with Patina in bringing their unique style to this new food concept for the flagship. There is also a quick “grab & go” take-away area with fresh sandwiches, salads and pastries. Executive Chef Jarett Appell and Chef de Cuisine Jimmy Choe oversee the culinary programs for both Rowland’s and Chef Street.

Chef Street will offer all-day breakfast, lunch and dinner service seven days a week from 9 am-10 pm.  For more information visit chefstreetNYC.com.
